duty projects such as transition walls, cut up walls, ramps, abutments and pilasters.
It is also convenient for common to straight walls and also more complex curved,

Quality Steel: Our Uni-Ply panels are comprised of a combination steel rail frame and
quality plywood-faced forming panel for maximum performance. Side and end rails
are rolled from 55,000 psi steel and welded continuously at corners for maximum
strength. 2” wide angle struts provide greatest frame and plywood strength on the
market. Although sharing the same dimensions as similar competitor panels, this
panel is constructed with 2” angle cross members as compared to industry standard
1-3/8” cross members. This allows for a panel with a tighter fit and finish and a
considerably less chance of plywood deflection.
Quality Plywood: 9-ply, all birch plywood long grain provides a strong and smooth
result on your walls for less deflection, longer life and lower usage costs. Premium

Professional Powder Coat: Uni-Ply panels are professionally powder coated as
compared to being spray painted by hand. This baked on coating leaves a smooth,
tough surface that makes clean-up easier and gives better protection from weather
